We build and run outbound for software and tech teams that can handle more conversations than they generate today.

We build and run outbound for software and tech teams that carry a pipeline number. For one client we kept three Account Executives' calendars full at once.
Contact data is a commodity. What decides outbound is whether your email reaches the inbox, and whether you have a reason to be there. We send from separate, warmed infrastructure, so your own domain is never at risk, and we target off live buying signals.
You approve the list and the copy before anything sends, and every lead you pay for.

We start by agreeing exactly who you want to meet: titles, company size, region, and what counts as a qualified conversation.
Then we look at what you already know about your buyers and what you have tried in outbound before, and build the campaign around it.
The criteria are written down before anything sends, so there is never a debate later about which leads count.
About an hour of your time
Target criteria agreed in writing
Copy drafted for your approval
Before a single email sends, we build the sending setup. Separate domains so your main domain is never exposed, mailboxes warmed over several weeks, and authentication configured properly from the start.
Then we keep watching. We monitor domain reputation and blacklists, track where mail is actually landing, and retire anything that starts to degrade before it costs you a campaign.
Most cold email never reaches an inbox. This is the stage that decides whether the rest of the work counts.
Separate sending domains, never your own
Mailboxes warmed before launch, not during
Ongoing blacklist and reputation monitoring
Once you have approved the list and the copy, campaigns go live from separate sending domains we have already warmed up.
First replies arrive within days of launch.
Every email address verified before sending
Your main domain never used
Every conversation confirmed by you

We watch your inboxes daily, reply fast, and book the meetings straight into your calendar.
After each meeting we ask how it went, and feed that back into who we target and what we say.
Sending domains are monitored and replaced before they degrade, so volume can grow without hurting deliverability.

A qualified lead is a sales conversation that actually happens: a call, a demo or an on-site visit. The right person shows up, they match the criteria we agreed in writing before the first email, and they know why they are there. After each conversation you confirm whether it counted. A no-show, the wrong seat, or someone with no idea what the meeting is about does not count and is not billed.
For example: e-commerce managers at US consumer retail companies with over 200,000 monthly web visits.
OR
Heads of Loyalty and CRM at consumer brands with more than 100 locations, already running an app or a loyalty program.
OR
VPs of Sales at B2B software companies with 50 to 500 staff that are hiring account executives.
Price is set on a call, from what a new customer is worth to you.
Most programs are a setup fee plus a fee per qualified conversation. Larger programs can run on a monthly fee instead.
The term is set on the same call and depends on the size of the program.
To price your program, book a call.
Campaigns launch 7-10 days after onboarding. First replies arrive within a few days of launch, and 3-5 weeks of sending is enough to judge whether a campaign is working. A narrow target market takes longer than a broad one.
No. Most of our clients already have SDRs or AEs and we work alongside them. We handle the top of the funnel, the sourcing, the infrastructure and the outreach, and hand over calls that are already booked and confirmed by you. Your team spends their time in conversations instead of building lists. If you do not have anyone in seat yet, we cover that ground until you do.
Cold email that gets filtered is dead, and inbox providers keep getting better at catching it. A smaller number of well-targeted emails, sent from properly configured infrastructure, still books meetings. We never send from your main domain. We buy and warm separate sending domains, monitor their reputation and replace anything that degrades. If one gets burned, it is ours to retire, not the address your customers use. If we stop working together, the domains and mailboxes we built stay yours.
In research: narrowing down which companies are worth contacting and why. It does none of the sending, and nothing goes out that you have not seen. You approve the list and the copy before the first email, and the angle that works often comes from you, because you talk to these buyers every day. Calls are with Paolo, the founder, not a support queue. Generic AI personalization is easy to spot and gets ignored, and volume without relevance is what got everyone filtered in the first place.
A short list, most of it over email.
The essentials: who your best customers are, and what you charge.
What you have already tried in outbound, and what you learned from it. The campaigns that went nowhere are often the most useful thing you can tell us.
You do not need to involve IT. We buy and configure the sending domains ourselves, so there are no DNS changes and no access to your systems.
Useful if you have it, not required:
Existing sales scripts or messaging you already use.
Case studies, market research, or competitor notes.
Expect one or two short calls at the start and about an hour of your time, then a weekly look at the leads you have approved.
Teams with no one to take the meetings, and offers where a new customer is worth too little to carry a setup fee. If outbound will not pay for itself in your market, you will hear that on the first call.
One 30-minute call with Paolo. You leave knowing how many buyers we can reach in your market, what a program would look like and what it would cost. If it is not a fit, you will hear that on the call.
